The 2011 Freebord Rider Awards are back in San Francisco October 14th & 15th!

It’s a little late, we know. But we’re setting up a kick-ass couple days of partying on our home turf that are not to be missed. And if you’re cruising in from outside San Francisco, take advantage of a FREE BED at Elements Hostel. ***Free Bed Sign up has closed***

RIDER AWARDS
We are accepting nominations for the 2011 Rookie of the Year through October 3rd. Think you’re good enough, or know someone who should be considered? Email [email protected] with your submission by Monday, October 3rd to be considered. Submissions should be raw, non-polished team-sub style, and no longer than 2 minutes.

Standout of the Year nominees will be chosen by Freebord MFG, so no video submissions are required. Rider of the Year is chosen from 2011 Pro Team members only. We’ll choose 3 nominees in each category and announce winners at the Freebord Rider Awards on October 15th in San Francisco.

SCHEDULE
Friday Night: Welcome to SF BBQ – chill, skate and party @ Freebord Factory
Saturday Day: Shred SF — Maps of best SF riding spots to be provided
Saturday Night: Rider Awards party and presentations at 630 Treat Avenue

ACCOMMODATIONS
