A few weeks back we collaborated with Discovery and GoPro on a new virtual reality (VR) video on Lombard St. If you don’t know what VR footage is then you must have been living under a rock for the past few years, but we can only imagine Freebord VR footage will have people like this:
So now that you can take a VR Freebord run down Lombard St. with Keith, Bently, and Hoppe don’t worry if you don’t have a fancy VR headset you can still participate in the heart-pounding action by watching the video on your phone. Mobile users can move their device around to adjust the point of view, kind of like you would with a VR experience— don’t worry desktop users you can drag the video around to see new angles, but the mobile experience is better.
I’m not sure if iPhone and iPad support are available yet because no one in the office has an iPhone.
