Freebord is looking for some new and original photos, and who better to ask then YOU, our riders. Submissions are due by Sept. 24th, so gather up your best shots from the past or get out there and shoot some badass new ones. Post your photos on the Freebord Facebook wall with the title “Freebord Photo Contest” for a shot at the $200 Grand Prize or $50 Freebord Store payouts. See full details below.
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED IN ALL RIDING SHOTS
What we want
We’re looking to get as many killer shots as we can to use online and in our catalogs, ads and product tags. We love sick riding shots — post as many as you can! — but don’t stop there. We’re also looking for creative images of your riding environment, scenery, roads you ride and Freebord products.
What you’ll get
The photographer behind the overall best photo will win $200 Cash. But we’re not stopping there. We’ll also be giving away $50 Store Credit for up to nine runner-up photos. The only catch is that all photos need to meet our quality standards. If we don’t see anything useful, no prizes will be awarded.
How to enter
To enter, simply post your photo on the Freebord Facebook wall and title it “Freebord Photo Contest.” All photos are due before midnight on September 24th. Once the winners are chosen, we will ask for the original, full resolution photo. So, please keep a copy of your winning shot in the image’s native 240-300 pixels per inch resolution.
***Remember, if there is any type of riding in the shot, then a helmet must be worn or the picture will not be chosen. No Exceptions.
***Freebord will only accept quality photos. Prizes will not be awarded if photos do not meet our quality standards.
Whu?! I got this shit in the bag, yo!
ive been out of the loop, is everyone rocking helmets now? even mike?
always
all the cool kids are doing it
Is editing allowed?
I’m not rocking a helmet and don’t plan to. My days of crippling road rash have come and gone. I save going over 30mph for when it’s on snow.
not to say helmets aren’t great. I support them, I just have no need for them, as I choose not to ride that fast. I just wish they weren’t required for this contest as I don’t own one. and certainly am not going to buy one for a photo op lol
Is this a worldwide competition or just american?
